  1. I love this Grab Bag. Flying Mercs, nice cars with boats, empty roads full of promise and more nice cars with some great houses. Toss in exotic Alfa and Lancia engine shots plus that overhead view of the e28 interior and you done good.

    Is it just me, or does the original Scirocco look like an Esprit that hasn’t grown up yet? Yeah, I know they’re both Giugiaro cars.

    • No, it’s not just you, Cactus. I’m sure this isn’t how it happened, but it’s as if Giugiaro started with the Scirocco, and squashed to a lower, wider, longer shape with make the Esprit.
