You sound like someone who appreciates a good silver gelatin print.
I already know that about Skorj 😉

Yes I do! I’m a photo print maker by profession, I worked making inkjet prints for artists in DC for many years (and silver prints before then) and now I’m in NYC looking to make more prints. Did you get to to see his show at Danziger Projects last year? His platinum prints are amazing!

M1 vs 911 on track picture… insane amounts of want 🙂

That “a clean sheet of paper” ad makes me think of the VW tagline of the era: “Volkswagen does it. Again.” It’s also interesting to note that that’s the same company that designed the 928 from a clean sheet to take the place of the 911.
Lots of great stuff in this one. I really like the Stratos. That shot of the MCoupe looks like it belongs in an official BMW brochure.

Gilles doing his thing. Still the best crowd pleaser ever to drive an F1 car.

Finally a “would-you-rather” challenge guaranteed to keep us all awake at night: 911 Turbo or Buick LeSabre Sport Coupe? How could a car enthusiast possibly choose between these legendary equals?

Love those old Porsche ads.
And the Buick ad! Priceless. I love turbo-y goodness, but part of me wishes the tagline from that ad still rang true, or at least that automakers (read: BMW) still had more flexibility re:achieving power and could pursue their respective performance philosophies in peace. Ah well.
