New old stock
Those words should be sweet music to the ears of people who either collect or find themselves in search of difficult-to-source parts that are no longer in production. We match neither description (well, not usually), but even we couldn’t resist snapping up this cool set of unused S.E.V. Marchal auxiliary driving lamps when they turned up recently for a song.
And now the big question is, what car should these go on?
Do you own anything … French?

505 Turbo. Well definitely something French.. They seem quite big, so they would fit best on a somewhat bulky car.
Very nice find, congratulations.
I personally prefer all sorts of the sleeker Cibié 35 (or “Airport”) lamps, while having to admit that they are not as rare as the Marchals.

Ford Capri or Opel Manta. Maybe a Giugiaro Isuzu.

I am a Cibie Airport 35 owner… and I am very jelly!
I’d fit them in something not newer than a 205 GTi…

Those would look the ticket on the front of a Renault Alpine A110

I’ve been trying to figure out the name of this brand for years! I remember seeing the cat logo as a kid on cars, but never figured out the name of it, until now. Thanks, mtc!
