     Not at all. It’s a 1980s car that has been backdated to look like a pre-1974 car (specifically 1969-1973).

8. Thank you! I am trying to absorb as much information about air-cooled 911’s as possible because I would like to own one one day. Undoubtedly a pre-smog (1975 or earlier) car would be a better car to own in California, but my budget might dictate a later car and it’s good to get an idea of what my limitations are.
