Brings a tear to your eye..
..when you combine this car, the music of Etta James (one of the all-time soul greats), and that exquisite southern backdrop lined with Spanish moss! Brilliant— really just superb.

Brilliant! I was thinking of exactly the same song as I’m taking delivery of my 2004 A4 Avant this weekend..

Music was great, car and shots where great, there better be a follow up of it MOVING. Its a car, not a still life.

by the way, did you ever find those two videos you were looking for?

Nope. Sadly.

it annoys me how so many 2002s have been bastardized by ‘pseudo’-2002 Turbo fender flares and front chins…….what’s wrong with a regular 2002 body that makes all these people bastardize the original car!?

you sound like a curmudgeonly old purist! i’m kind of surprised by you. i’m not saying that this is what i would do, but this seems pretty harmless to me.

that bodykit belongs on a turbo…..so you’d be OK with E30 fenders on a 316i? this is the same thing…..
Syed said this on May 4, 2012 at 12:14 am
sorry meant to say E30 M3 fenders….on a 316i

i see it more like making a wide body 911 out of a narrow body. again, not something i would do, but i can think of worse things that can be done to the car.

I like the video, but the song reminds me of every wedding Ive been too in the past 2 years including my own! Almost takes away from the video for me to be honest lol

Haha. I certainly understand that, Alex— it does have a bit of an overexposure problem. Which is a shame, because it’s still wonderful.

The 2002 is one beautiful piece of German engineering.
