Love the location, but love the C63 AMG Wagon much more. Why can’t they see fit to bring more hot German wagons stateside?

because we yanks don’t know a good thing when we see it— wagon sales are anemic here :b

Unfortunately, the economics, exchange rates and regulatory requirements, lead to manufacturers offering very few choices here. We yanks don’t like to pay very much, but expect the highest-content cars anyway. That, and the US dollar isn’t worth anything. Not a good environment for car enthusiasts seeking something different than what every other dolt drives…

i’m not even going to be terribly picky. i’m not asking for a c63 amg estate or an rs4 avant. but is it really asking too much to ask for a 335i touring when we already get the coupe, sedan, and convertible?
really?

Apparently, the few manufacturers continuing to even offer a wagon here believe that we want the smaller engine with an automatic. It isn’t like they haven’t already certified the 3-series wagon and 335i drivetrain for US sale. Ultimate Driving Machine indeed…
