Much coolness in tonight’s selection! The Ducati and the Carrera make me smile.

I want to live in that house (about half way down the page). The cars shown would be an extra bonus.
Larry said this on October 24, 2011 at 9:28 am
That is not just a house, that is part of the housing development called Lafayette Park, Detroit MI (National Register of Historic Places), designed by the one and only Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

Cool! Thanks for the info, Shahin. I goggled it to get more info, and check out additional photos. It looks like an interesting development (obviously, I have no idea what the neighborhood is like these days). The “glass wall” style makes for a wonderfully open interior environment – like “being one” with the outdoors…

What is with these motors going in E30’s lately?! And how on earth are they ever going to get any traction at all?!
Brandon: Richmond, VA said this on October 24, 2011 at 2:41 pm
That S62 with the R35 GT-R twin-turbos and GT3 RS rear(!) brakes, all in the E30 M3 frame makes me lose my shit. How f*cking bananas do you have to be to do that? If you’re willing to do that, there’s no telling what you eat for breakfast. Probably just a gold-plated crazy glue smoothie as you run out the door.

randy, good to hear from you! what an epic shot.

Now why’d you have to go and ruin it with a terribly HDR’d picture of a mini clubman?
HDR is to photography as automatic transmission is to a sports car.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to be a whinger. Keep up the great content. Especially the Alfas! Im glad to see many Alfisti contributing photos to the site.
One question though…
What is the Ford racing prototype? Nvmd. P-68.
What is the shooting brake car a few below?
tom said this on October 25, 2011 at 2:53 pm
no, i agree with you (re: HDR).
not sure which ford you’re referring to, but i’m pretty sure the shooting brake you are asking about is the ferrari 250 gt breadvan.
