      1996 Doo Wop Rally

      Chad Dykes and Bill Gutzmann entered the Dave Turner Motorsports Cadillac Sedan de Ville in the 1996 Doo Wop Rally Series. They failed to finish the first rally with mechanical problems (after running out of gas on the first stage). They finished 13th overall and sixth in class at the second round, running without the hood. This may be the best finsh ever by a Cadillac in a performance rally event.
