Cinematic cars: MkI Scirocco in "Dawn of the Dead" (1978)

Apropos of our recent post, and just in time for Halloween, too. The movie looks so tepid and hokey compared to more recent fare from the genre, but it’s still fun to see the ‘rocco in this blatant bit of late-’70s product placement. At least the hatch is put to good use.
