We'll confess, we're not quite sure what to make of this

A little too much stretch in the back for our liking (and we don’t love the front bumper), but otherwise, this 996 on deeep dish BBS LMs is pretty much without fault. And the photos are obviously airtight (the last one in particular has the “kills bugs fast” look down pat).

I love the 996 C4S but with such a deep, tall front bumper it almost needs the Turbo wing to balance out the proportions front to rear.

Front end dress makes it look like a Japanese car.

Not that Japanese cars are bad, but way out of character for anything from Stuttgart.
