Gallery: snow
With winter coming to a close, we thought it’d be fitting to give the white stuff a proper sendoff. On that note, here’s a selection of photos which we think embody the spirit of enjoying these cars during the colder months.
Hats off in particular to those brave (or carefree) souls who take their rust-prone classic sports cars out to play in these conditions.

This is kind of fun also— just turn your volume off (trust us).

Bimmer pictures are great! Crazy that someone would drive a Caterham in the snow

^After riding a motorcycle over ice and snow in the Alps in March last year, a Caterham sounds downright cozy!
I dunno about the Ferrari and Skyline, I think they were gingerly rolled out for a few pictures before being tucked away again and rubbed with a diaper. Good on the others for making proper use of the slippery stuff.
“If the rain comes they run and hide their heads.
They might as well be dead.
If the rain comes, if the rain comes.
When the sun shines they slip into the shade
And sip their lemonade.
When the sun shines, when the sun shines.
Rain, I don’t mind.
Shine, the world looks fine.
I can show you that when it starts to rain,
Everything’s the same.
I can show you, I can show you.
Rain, I don’t mind.
Shine, the world looks fine.
Can you hear me, that when it rains and shines,
It’s just a state of mind?
Can you hear me, can you hear me?”

Definitely, life’s too short to keep your action figures sealed in their original boxes.
My own from a few years back, the first picture is in the Kansas State football stadium’s expansive parking lot:
